We know you want to get your items as soon as possible but please allow 2-4 business days to verify your payment and process your order. Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday excluding holidays via the United Parcel Service (UPS). Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. Shipping times are estimated but are not guaranteed. Our standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.99. If package is marked as delivered or lost we do NOT take responsibility.
Express Shipping
If you would like express shipping, please contact us before you place your order to see if the item is eligible for express shipping. Express shipping rates are available after purchase.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping to more than 200 countries and territories and charge a flat rate of $14.99. All standard international orders are shipped via the UPS. The estimated International Delivery Time is 3-25 business days. Shipping via UPS, DHL, and FedEx are available upon request, and is recommended for countries outside of Canada, and UK.
All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion, your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. If for any reason your item(s) are not deliverable and is returned to the store, you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fees if applicable). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped, there will be a $6.95 shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS or shipping carrier has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
All sales are FINAL. If you wish to cancel your order you must request to do so within 24 hours to receive a full refund. Refunds are only given if there is a defect and/ or item is broken upon receipts.
Please understand some items are shipped from overseas and our estimated time of arrival could be anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on the item. Items may also be shipped in separate containers reception of refunds could defer based on policy of your bank.

Returns
All items are FINAL SALE. There are no returns on our products unless an items is deemed broken upon receipt. To be eligible for a return, we must be contacted within 72 hours of purchase of the defective item and be sent visual proof of defect. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
